QUESTION: both are electric the heli is eflight the plane is a parkzone

ANSWER: John,
Are your radios on 72 mhz or 2.4 GHz? How long has this been happening? You could contact the manufacturer or distributor or here:

QUESTION: yes one is on 72 and the other is on 2.4. its only been going on since i moved to a new house at my old location i had no issues. whats more is the plane and the heli do exactly the same thing. there is a school near my house with a powerful wy fi transmitter and a weird trannsmitter on the stoplight infront of the school. My local hobby guy has been flying nearbye where i live for many years and has had no problems. the issue stops about 500 yards from my house one direction and about a 1/2 mile from my house the other. Its only there helis im worried about as i like to fly them in my back yard and it is now impossible

Answer
Does your local hobby guy have the same make (manufacturer) radio and heli/airplane equipment as yours? Futaba radios might work better than say JR or vise-versa. You might just have to bite the bullet and not fly in your back yard anymore.
