Question
will a charger of less than the rated battery voltage charge it at all or will it just take longer? thanks

Hi Clem,

The charger will charge the battery a bit but never fully, no matter how long you leave it on. The battery may work for a little while but would probably run slower than normal and go dead fairly quickly. Thanks for the question!
