Question
I own a 1994 Southwind and last night we were trying to ignite the water heater, but we are not able to get a spark to ignite. We know that it's getting gas as we were able to light it with a long lighter.  Any suggestions?

Answer
Janet, Is this an automatic spark water heater? If so are you even getting a spark? If you are then I would say that you need to check the gap and see that it is about 3/8 inch and then make sure that your L.P. pressure is correct. If you are not getting a spark I would say that you need to change the igniter board. Thanks, Bill
