Question I replaced it becuz it didn't work and i had ran it with no water in it. When i got it replaced turned it on it still did not work must be an electrical problem cuz i hooked the old one to the battery and it still worked have checked the breakers and the fuses in the coverterbox is there a reset or another fuse of where do i start. I really appriciate any advise you might give me, Thanx Penny
Answer Penny, The water pump runs on 12 volt and it has to come from the fuse panel or battery. First check to see that power is getting to the switch. If it is then check at the pump and probably more important than the power wire is to check and make sure that you have a good solid ground. In 12 volt electrical you will find that almost 90% of the trouble encountered is from the ground side. If you look at the color of wire and try and find that same color where you can reach it at and just run down the trouble. It will more than likely be something easy to see. I hope this helps, Bill
