RV Repair/Where can I get a Fiamma awning part

Question
I have an A&E Horizon awning (A&E Systems by Dometic) and I broke a part during some high winds. The part is the right Dual Shock-Absorber by Fiamma. I do not have a part number. I hope you can help me locate this part with the limited info I have given you. Thanks for any help.

Hey Tom,
Below I have listed 2 websites that should help you out.
I suggest that you try to get the model & serial #'s off of your awning. These should be located on the case or the fabric
