Chech your brake on the motor it could be that it is sticking on enough to make your motor work harder slowing it down.

Klauber Machine Gear is the manufacturer and they probably won't sell direct. Before you replace it test it (and the brake if it has one) and load test your battery. These motors can be pricey and, depending on the manufacture, can also be tricky to work on.

How much weight have you added to your slide? We found that over the years we had added a little weight for this and a little weight for that. That caused our slide to move slowly or not at all. We were about to have some more work done on the slide (the first couple of mechanics weren't able to fix it) when we removed most of the stuff in the trailer for another project. The slide worked perfectly. Now we simply get some of the weight off the slide and have no more problems with it. Has the motor gotten weaker over the years? Perhaps, but reducing the weight has made the slide work as well as it ever did.

I have a fleetwood which went out of business and it has some KMG slide motors (Klauber Machine Gear) and they no longer exist either...some Lippert models will replace them but OMG they are expensive.

I have the same problem with my motor brake on my 2000 condor by R-Vision. However, the manufacture R-vision) no longer exists and the motor brake does not have a manufacture name - I wish it did, because I'm sure many need to replace it.
Any help would be appreciated.
