Hello I just repaired this with my dad today we figured out that there is a pin that holds the track together and makes it spin as u slide in and out....well the pin broke so only one side was working...lucky for me my dad is a mechanic and had a few laying around the garage...not sure if any rev dealer has this part but I hope this may be able to help detect the problem....good luck bud.
