my 4 month old british giant loves apple twigs and pine cones to chew on also wicker balls stuffed with medow hay it's her favorit pass time also make a rabbit gym using cardboard tubes covered in hay as they love to chew this also we have only had her 2 weeks and she is litter trained and comes to her name .

No! oaks, and especially walnut have acidic "inclusions". Pine has "pitch", or "tar". Stick with apple (pun?).

Crabapple branches are no different than any other apple tree. They are the same species. Your rabbits will love it.
