Question My rabbit has a lot of skin under her chin...and we don't know how to tell if she's pregnant.she keeps moving her box(bed) around in her cage!how can i tell?<3
Answer Magen, the best way to tell is to wait the 31 days after she was breed. Professional breeders palpate to discern pregnancy but it dangerous for the doe and the kits if done with unexperienced hands. The lot of skin under her chin is normal for some breeds - they use it to pull fur from to line a nest.
