Question
Can a person from the United Kingdom become a DJ on a radio station in the United States, if he or she can only speak the same type of English that a person speaks on BBC World Service and BBC World News TV speaks?

Answer
As far as I know there is no rule that would forbid it. As long as you do all the right things to enter the USA you are fine. The only problem would be if you ever got into station ownership. The FCC rules on outside country ownership is tricky.
I say go for it and I hope you land a job!
