Question
RH's new songs are excellent! They are exciting, beautiful, and really show what they can do as a group! In my opinion, I would like to see more Jazz as well as their hip beat songs. Do you think having all of those genres fused together makes radiohead what they are?

Answer
Hello Andrew Martin,

Yeah, definitely. That whats always been one of the things I loved about Radiohead over all these years. Just the fact that they take influences from all kinds of genres and never take the easy road when making an album - frequently challenging themselves to move into new musical areas.

There's a lot of jazz in their music I think, like "The National Anthem", "Life In A Glasshouse", "Myxomatosis"(actually!) and kind of all over the place. Many of their songs have that. If you search a bit you can also find clips of them jamming  on webcasts and such, which is cool as hell of course. I think jazz has become more and more important to the band over the past albums, and rock less.
