Question Greetings from Israel !
Hi, I am a new Radiohead fan and I really started to like Radoihead, there are awesome band.
Anyway, my question to you is during the 'Creep' video, when the man lying on the ground tells everybody why he does that, he says something and I wanted to know what he says.
Thank you,
David.
Answer Hello.
David, the video you are referring to is from the song called "Just." It was the video after the "Creep" video. Just is off of their 1995 album The Bends, Creep is off of their 1993 album Pablo Honey.
Your question is not an uncommon one, in fact, I ask this question all the time to various people across the web. The fact is, no one knows what he says. It's sad, but it's true. Radiohead wrote the video intending for no one to know. That means that either it isn't that important of a statement, or that the statement is just gibberish intended to make the viewer confused.
My personal opinion is that he says something so insignificant and so uneventful, that the people just lie down after such a huge disappointment and after expectations are placed so high.
I'm sorry that you'll never know, but no one will ever know. Only the band knows, and they aren't telling.
