Sorry to disappoint you, but Radiohead has declared nothing about a new album in the works. In fact, Phil Selway (drummer) has reported that the band is taking a "well-earned" break, and are spending time with their respective families.
As for a tour, Radiohead doesn't tour the USA unless it coincides with an album release. So again, a let down for us eager fans.
