Question
The lead singer seems to be angry at God in a song. I don't know the name of it, I think it's the first or second song on ok computer. Was he? Do you know his religion or beliefs.

Answer
Hello Caitlin!
Thanks for the question.

I would like to think you mean Paranoid Android.

Part of the lyrics:
That's it sir
You're leaving
The crackle of pigskin
The dust and the screaming
The yuppies networking
The panic, the vomit
The panic, the vomit
God loves his children, God loves his children, yeah!

Actually, I think its more poetically meant. "Things and humanity is so fucked up, so God must have a really absurd sense of humour" or something like that. Its peaceful enough.

Thom Yorke is not religious no. I'm pretty sure he's an atheist. I even doubt he's an agnostic. Not the type. I don't think he's anti-clerical though. Considering songs like Pyramid Song you could conclude that he finds some sides of religion and belief to have a beautiful value too. But I think his thoughts on religion in general are very similiar to Noam Chomsky. I believe he once said that.
