Question

I had a cervical and thoracic spine MRI because my doctors suspect MS. Do either of these look like lesions?

Answer
Alice,

It is hard to say with absolute certainty from just one slice for each area, however, the areas that you pointed out look like artifacts from motion or pulsation.  Artifact in imaging means that it is "not there" and rather is a distortion due to various factors that occur during image acquisition.

Hope this helps.
