Expertise
I can answer general questions about the golden age of hip hop, mostly the 1980s breakbeat era. SInce i collected many rap artists Lps and tapes in the 80s, i can answer most song titles by lyrics.

Experience
Hip hop music is what got me into dj mixing in the first place. I still have those lps by rappers Mc Shan, LL COol J, UTFO, WHistle, Beastie Boys, Choice Mcs, Run DMC, Juice Crew, Kool G Rap, Mantronix, Ice T, 2 live crew, Biz Markie, Big Daddy Kane, Eric B and Rakim, Dana Dane, Stetasonic, Fat Boys, LA Dream Team,Kurtis Blow,Dj Jazzy Jeff and the fresh prince. In addition, i can answer questions about electrofunk that came from that era: Twilight 22, Newcleus, Egyptian Lover, Arabian Prince, Kyper,Cybotron, Reggie Griffin and Technofunk, Hashim. In addition to that my knowledge of 80s hip hop and r&b extends to the r&b/funk side with Cameo, Loose Ends, Lakeside, Gap Band, Sos band, and others.

Education/Credentials
2 years college..but i couldve had a college degree at a four year university with the money ive put out on vinyl records over the years.

Question
Do you know where I can find the song juice crew all stars that came out in 1987. I'm also looking for a song grand puba did in 1987. The only thing I remember in that song is "I'm leaving well go ahead and leave, and your plane hit tarzan as he swings from his tree, cause I really couldn't care if you was ever coming back Grand Puba Maxwell will be right and exact."

Answer
Jason, the juice crew all stars song called "juice crew all stars" was from the Lp/cassette Marley Marl-in control, vol. 1 (cold chillin'/warner brothers record label). It may have been among the first of the Juice Crew/queen's bridge songs to have not been licensed from Pop Art records, the original label that put out Roxanne Shante, Mc Shan, Marley Marl, Biz Markie(no factual info on whether biz was first signed to Pop art or Cold chillin'), and the more successful tracks by Kool G Rap. The Juice Crew All Stars had the single "juice crew all stars" bundled with the b-side evolution on the cold chillin'/warner label in 1987. As for the second track you asked about, the Masters of Ceremony were responsible for the rasta style rap track called "sexy". Released on the 4th & Broadway record label, the track became sorta a sensation in the hip hop world in 1987. "sexy" by Masters of Ceremony can be found in the Itunes music store. I also looked for juice crew under several search terms including IN control, Marley Marl and Juice Crew All stars and didn't find it. Perhaps another service similar to Itunes might have the song.
