Question I have a snippet of a song in my head and can't remember all the lyrics, artist or song title. It would be classified as R&B, maybe hip hop. It has a reference to a worm - and there is a male talking in old woman's voice. I think there is also a reference to 'granny', but definiatly a male voice. There is a weird synthsised beat that plays out to the end of the song. And it's not The Jimmy Castor Bunch.
I know that's not a lot to go on - hope you can help.
Answer Jackie, the song is "funky worm" by Ohio Players. I'm unsure of the year of release, but it was around 74-75..it was on a ktel record i had as a kid. Great song and so is 'troglodyte' and 'bertha butt boogie' by Jimmy Castor Bunch, since you mentioned them.
