Wrong.  It is slang term for rims (20" or larger, to be exact).  So when he's "big pimpin', spendin' G's; big pimpin' on B.L.A.D.'s" he's spending G's on his car, namely his rims.



Now, what B.L.A.D. stands for I don't recall, I apologize unless it is a misnomer for "blades" (i.e. "rims").
