this time last year i was raped by my ex boyfriend and his friend.i need help to try get over this,i've had no counciling or support off the people that should be helpin and supporting me.my ex and his friend got away with the crime they commited and now walk the streets holding there head higher than mine.in the result of my rape i now suffer with severe panic attacks and find it very hard to trust people around me.i am feelin very low and because it was this time last year that it happened im feelin quite depressed im not getting no support off my current partner and it doesn't help.im at the stage now were i know i need support as this is effecting my life is there anywhere i can get some free counciling in my area?

It is good now that your  trust in humans  is decreasing. Yes, the love, care and concern humans  show  to each other are short lived, situational and condition oriented.
Start praying to God diligently.Daily one  hour of  prayer  alone  is  a must.
