Question
Where can I get good advice on inner healing. So I can be be happy with my self. I want to feel like me again.
What are someways to tell your friends and about what happened to me. I have cried about it, saying why me why.
I want to talk about what I am going through. I know its the first step to healing. I cant cover up my pain because it keeps coming back. I know I experiencing PTSD. I need advice. I have done research and it's helping.

Thank you,
for all you help and support.

Answer
I would contact a counselor who specializes in the traumas you've experienced, along with PTSD.  Google those words along with the city where you live.  If you live in the United States and want a list of Christian counselors I would call 1-800-NewLife for a clinically trained counselor near you.  You might also contact large churches in your area or local universities.

I don't think a book is going to help you.  You need face to face, interaction with a safe person in order to heal.

As you grieve and feel your anger, slowly the pain will be replaced with joy again.
