I was raped three years. ago and have recently admitted to it. it was a painful experience in my life that i wish never happened.i cannot seem to get close to anyone anymore after the incident. especially males. i cannot trust any more because of this tragic event. what can i do to come to peace with what happened and be able to have healthy relations with people again.

You have  already taken the first step towards  healing  by trying to open your  hurtful   heart and mind to a  psychologist. I  appreciate  it. Having said that  I suggest you to write to me in detail   about yourself, your family background, about the   rape(How, when, where, why and related).This will  help me to choose the  solution that will enable  your rapid  healing.
