Question We have a home in Washington on Hood Canal. It is worth approx. $200,000. My wife has a new job in Fresno Ca. With the market the way it is, we can't get any one to make an offer on our home. A friend told me that I should look into a relocation co. That they would take over selling our home and get us into one down in the Fresno area. Is this possible? If so how do we contact one of these?
Thanks for your time and consideration.
Answer Usually big companies have relocation companies they worth with for employees being transferred. I don't know of any relocation companies that handle individual moves. Unless the company you are going to work for offers it I don't of anyone. I googled relocation companies but could not find one that does what you are talking about. Regardless of the market in Washington if you price the home right it will sell. Get it down to where it will sell and move to Fresno.
