Question
I owned a house in Florida City, Fl. 33034, but it's in my sisters name.  I am going through foreclosure and don't know what to do.  My sister lives in another state and she knows I'm trying to sell the property.  I need some help in finding a realtor to help me sell my house.

Answer
Maria,

If the house is in your sister's name, then your sister is the only one who can enter into a contract to sell it, or to list it for sale.  A Realtor can help you, even if the home is in the beginning stages of foreclosure, but your sister will have to be in agreement, and sign all the papers.
