Question
Does refinance go through exact same same procedure as the initial one, such as job verification, loan application, and etc..
Do I need to use the same mortgage company?

The process is the same and you do not have to go through your initial mortgage company. The only way they do not verify all of the information is if you are doing an FHA streamline refinance (which is refinaning an existing FHA Loan). I would be happy to help you out if you would like to email me.
