Real Estate Home Mortgages/Question about mortgage lenders

Good morning, Mr. Rodenburg. I reside in Texas and am interested in purchasing a home for my granddaughters. I found several mortgage lenders to which I can apply, but before I go forward, I was wondering if they would be willing to provide assistance for someone who wants to put the home in their names. Is this possible? Thank you.

I am no longer involved in the mortgage industry but would recommend contacting a real estate attorney for the right advice, as mortgage lenders may not give you the proper advice. Specifically, you should be able to add your granddaughters names to the title (check with a title co you would like to use (Fidelity and First American are 2 national title companies that are well recognized). Hope that helps. All the best,
- Al
