I am currently licensed in California and have been doing loans for 2 years.  I would like information how I start my own brokeage and becoming a direct lender.  I am wondering how people like ditec and others do all 50 states.  Thank you for any answers you can give me.

you have to become license in states that require license must do. You also need a net worth of minimum 50,000 and up, some states require 250,000 liguid assets.. do you have your own underwriter and processors to be a direct lender.?
Why do you want to be a direct lender with only 2 years of experence/
