Question
QUESTION: I recently discovered that my landlord has filed his building as a (3)Three Apartment private home but has been renting it as a (6)Six Apartment Building... What violations has he committed? And what fines is he facing?

ANSWER: What does this have to do with you?  Please, this is for people with legal issues, please do not waste my time with nonsense.

---------- FOLLOW-UP ----------

QUESTION: The Landlord is my uncle and I asked the question expecting a professional answer not some asshole responding with his opinion.

Answer
Clearly, your demeanor, inability to pose a clear question, and your use of profanity demonstrate my point.  Either you were fishing for a way to harm your landlord (whom you failed to identify as your uncle), or you were getting involved on another's legal affairs.  My point still stands.  I dedicate time here for FREE for those with real legal problems.  Using profanity and name calling only verifies why people like you are the reason people like me stop donating their time and expertise.  Ironically, it was an opinion you sought, yet castigate with personal attacks.
