Question Hey Larry this is Brad Streight of Odenton,Maryland in Anne Arundel County again and I had asked a question last week but I did NOT get a reply to a added question that pertains to getting my name applied to the DEED as a beneficiary without my father having to refinance! The question is,could you give me a rough itemized estimate on how much this would cost for Anne Arundel County residents such as;Attorney and Applications FEES and if any Court Fees? Sorry in delay in getting back but I switched email and internet providers to Verizon. Kind of messed up my email for the last two weeks. In answer to your question I really don't know the exact cost to change the deed and record it but I will give you somebody who would.
