Question I am in the process of flipping a house i bought in trinidad, d.c. so i'm already thinking about where i should head next. my price range is anywhere below 200k. do you think i should stay in d.c or invest in baltimore?
Answer Not knowing the Markets in those two areas and only knowing the Market in PA, I can not answer which one of those two are better.
I would recommend that you compare the two areas. See which is better for you.
Also, have you thought about York PA? York City PA? My wife who is a Realtor,
www.YorkPAhome.com
works with many investors.
She can get you comps so you can compare and see if this area is better for you or not.
You just pick the ones you like and she does the work for you, you just decide.
With MD, Baltimore and D.C. near York, PA, this area will always be a good market while others are hurting.
This area is always growing with MD buyers looking to save money on taxes.
Something to think about.
But back to the question, which one is closer to you? Which will get you the most return and faster sell???
