You will also pay a bit more on average over some of the other communities. As of 1/11/2007, a $300,000 home in the North West may go for $320,000-360,000 depending on the neighborhood within Summerlin. Residents typically find great value in paying a little more if they can qualify. Several of our clients have taken the "you get what you pay for" concept to heart.
