Question Hi. I was wondering if people who rent or own an apartment in Manhattan can install an alarm system in their apartment? Thanks

I have this question asked from me many times. You are allowed to install an alarm system for your apartment or condo or co-op as long as it is not bothering others or it's not faulty.
the security is only for you and your family, and no one can say you can't install it.
as long as they are the normal security systems, which are meant for your apartment or your living space only.
