Question
Please please need your advise. Bought a lot to develop condos in 2005 and the city plans to change the zoning. If I don't build now, I will only be able to build 2 condos totaling 1500 square feet of condos -VS- 6 condos totaling 4000 S.F. If I don't start to put the foundation now, I will need to build in the future according to the new zoning change please help. Should I sell, hold, build or other?
