For some research I am doing for grad school, I'd like to get the records of all apartment sales in the last twenty years for a specific building in Manhattan.
Are these records public? If so, how does one get them.

Answer for one building? there is ACRIS, where they record all sales. I am unsure of how far back it goes.
please have a search there, and see what happens. I have a program, where I can look into sales also, but it's not available to public, it's called GEODATA.
