Question
Hi. I have a question. If an apartment has 4 bedrooms and a small kitchen, is it ever a good idea to change it to 3 bedrooms and a large kitchen? I've always heard that a person should never get rid of a bedroom, so I'm just wondering what that decrease the value. Thanks

HI Danielle.
I need to understand your question before answering it completely. I need to know if it's an investment property? or you live in it? is it in a property you own? or it's a condo/co-op?
usually more bedrooms, equals more income as of rental. Sale price is usually higher if the place has more attractive attributes than more bedrooms.
