I need to know if you are familiar with any programs that assist working disabled persons in buying homes. My friend was born disabled, but works and is looking to possibly purchase rental property in Brooklyn.

I know many programs from the bank, and the city that is willing to help disabled, and low income individuals to become home owners.

I need to look at his/her financial situation, so i can tell you, what is possible to do.
