QUESTION: The question is about two different scenarios. First, I would like to know how to identify persons who are buying new exisiting homes. The person goes to a realtor, they find a nice house on Main street and then they purchase the house.
Second, I would like to know how to identify a person who is building their home from the ground up. The person buys land on Main Street and then decides to build a new home on the land that they purchased.
Answer well there are actually 3 different ways.
How you can find them is only by advertising, and passing by properties. there is not a list of builders, or etc...
1. you look for a house, and you like it, and you purchase it
2. you buy a pre build house. the house is not build but you are in a contract to buy it (w/o making any payments till it's finished) and you move in when it's finished... It's highly suggested.
3. you have the land, and you hire a builder like me, to build it for you.
