Subject: Sale of homes

Question
Two homes, one is one family and other is two family.  The one family is not in good shape and the 2 family is OK, but needs some work.  They just redid the public school in this small town (Queens) and made it much larger and better.  What are the homes worth?

Answer
This question has too many variables to consider. In order for any one to give you a good comp/value of your house, they need to see the property, they need to value the condition, and all other aspects of the neighborhood, and the house itself, before giving a RIGHT VALUE of a home.

I can tell you in Astoria you can expect to pay $300 per square foot, where as in Jamaica, only $160.

Please if you like me or one of my associate to come and take a look at your property inside out, and help you with anything you need, call our office at 917 379 5383, or 718 441-7100 ex: 146   MY NAME IS REZA.

This process is free to you, as we try to educate the public, and also try to get listings, and help sellers sell the house!
