Question
How can you break a land contract, if it is a rent to own deal.
Answer
Hi Thomas,
The best advice I can give you is to:
1. Consult your original contract you signed with the owner. There should be a paragraph that lays it out. Hopefully it is all in writing in the contract.
2. Talk to a Real Estate Attorney. He/She can give you more specific advice.
