Question Hi Amanda,
I will be looking for a 2-3 bedroom starter home. I want a garage and/or basement for storage. I want to keep my mortgage AS LOW AS POSSIBLE until I finish my degree and feel more comfortable obtaining that dream home. I've seen some places that are in move in condition for about 60K. Have you seen anything lower than that? Something in a neighborhood that isn't too bad. Am I being too unrealistic?
Answer Yes Corey there are great homes in this price range. I am closing on one this Thursday that my fiancee and I bought as a rental. Sure its not perfect but it has so much potential!
