Question
hi, i have been looking on good deals to flip. i used to buy from the multiple listing. now i feel it's too hard to get good deals to flip. i visited the court house several times to find good deals at auctions, but i never did. usually they r either postponed or stayed. where can i find good deals to flip???? some finding foreclosures sites are there, but afraid it's just a scam. is there any way to find deals to flip? thank u

Answer
MLS is still your best bet for foreclosures remember the banks about 99.9% of the time list their REO properties w/a Realtor that of has access with to the MLS. It has been a more competitive market for foreclosures due to the "I buy homes" phenomenon, that may get some deals before they go into foreclosure. But outside of the MLS like the we charge you $40 a month for "foreclosure list sites" they just get their info from the mls and tax records that your local agent has access to for FREE as a buyer in Pennsylvania, spend that money on taking your Realtor out to lunch and pick his brain build a relationship w/him or her ask them for help tell them what your looking for EXACTLY! ,I don't know where to find the deals any easier than that.
