Subject: House Seller Lied On Seller's Disclosure

Question
In September of 2006 we purchased a home in Lemoyne, PA. On the seller's disclosure it was stated that the roof was replaced in August of 2006. We had an inspector check out the house and did not find any problems with the roof. In June of this year we discovered that we had a leak in the roof. When the roofers came to give us an estimate it was revealed that the roof was not replaced as was stated in the disclosure, but patched. We have contacted our Realtor who told us that we need to contact the Seller's Realtor. We have tried contacting them earlier in the summer when the leak first occurred to find out who did the work on the roof because it was supposed to be under warranty. To date, they have been non-responsive. What is our best course of action?
