Pull the house from the market and then wait for you contract to run out. Get the sign out of your yard. You can play hardball too. As long as the realtor didn't show your sister the house you will then owe the realtor nothing. You can only sell it by owner after the contract runs out though. Do yourself and your sister a fovor and don't listen to this guy. If you need to contact a realestate attorey for a consultation.



I just went through similar circumstances. You owe the reltor nothing...they didn't sell your house. Giving them 3% is being kind. I would wait otherwise. Hope this helps!
