Question
I am renting a property in PA.  There will be a company paying the lease and I will be living there.  Who should fill out the rental application and the lease. Me the resident or the company who will be paying everything.

Answer
That is more of a question that you will need to ask the landlord.
However, if I was the landlord, I would have both of you sign with wording on each party parts.
I would have you sign since you would be living there and to follow all terms of the lease, and the company sign only for payment and following lease on payments.
