Question
My husband and I are looking to purchase a single family home in the Horry County area. We are concerned about the cost of house insurance and health insurance in South Carolina. We currently live just outside of Boston. Any information that you have will be helpful. Thank you

Hi! Horry County is a beautiful area - I think you will really love it there! VERY different from Boston! I am located more on the western side of the state - and speaking from experience in talking with clients all around the country, I can tell you that our home insurance seems to be much cheaper compared to most of the country. However, Horry County may be different due to much of it being near water.
