Question My wife and I are currently living in a 1400 sq. ft. home sitting on 0.86 acres. The house is approximately 32 years old, but we have made many improvements. We have replaced all the doors (interior and exterior), painted, remodeled both bathrooms with tile flooring, and landscaped. The house is a 3 Br/2 Ba with a dining room and large eat-in kitchen. Realistically, given the current market, what range should we look to market the house at, and what is the expected time it might take to sell the house? I know you can't be exact without seeing the house, but I just wanted an idea of what to expect.

I would love to help you with your question. I need more information, however. Most importantly, exactly where is the home located? As you know, 'location, location, location' is of paramount importance in market value. The local area determines the price range, average days on market, etc.
The home sounds very nice, and the large lot is certainly desirable. You are correct to be very concerned with pricing, as the market we are currently experiencing is very price sensitive. A good home at a good value is still selling very well.
