Question My mother is selling heir property that is only in her name only via an affidavit of heirship. Does she have to give any money from the sell of the property to her brother. His name is not listed on the property at all. Is she entitled to give him anything from the sell of their parents property. There was no will left from either parent. My mother was named Executive of the Estate and that was all.
