Question My friends and I argue if there is a person in confessional with the cast member, taping them and telling them to recall which events. I think they are all alone, my friends ays the director is taping them...also, can a cast member beg a cameraman to not show a certain clip, or is it a legal thing where they signed the papers so their life belongs to MTV?

I get this question quite often, the castmember is given in advance on what to discuss before they go into the confessional so basically there sitting in a chair in front of a camera. So to answer your question it's just them and a camera. Each castmember has to sign a 14 page contract stating that they give possession of there mind body and spirit for the full time of the taping. But when they're casted if there is any topic that is taboo personally to them that they do not wish to share on camera in the process of the show filming they have to state beforehand.
