About George Armstrong
Expertise
I can answer questions about the music, the artists, the instruments, vocal and recording techniques, and many other aspects. I'm not Ras Tafarian, but I understand the culture and I love the music. My key interests are Dub, female artists, the influence of blues, and titles that express love and family support.

Experience
I've been playing lead guitar and studying music for over 40 years. I've never played in a Reggae band. However, I've been studying Reggae on and off since the 1970's. I spend about 1 or 2 hours a week studying Reggae and Dub.

Education/Credentials
I've paid my dues in the dance pit at The Wild Hair And Singing Armadillo Frog Sanctuary. Aside from that, I have a degree in Computer Science, and post graduate studies.

Question
This song is a loversrock tune sung by a woman and these are part of the lyrics....
"Sometimes im feeling very lonely, O an other times im feeling very blue blueoooo, if you want to be my dreamer, im sure i would dream along with you. Yoooooo make me feel so happy ........ Its a slow song it may have been called Sometime. I think i played it probably  in the 80's many thanks Jo :)

Answer
Hi Jo,

I answered this once before for you, but I have a new idea.

It may be Dreamer by Jean Binta Breeze.

If not, it sounds more like a Sandra Cross song, but my second idea is Lorna G. I suggest you google Sandra Cross and check her albums. Based on the song you ask about, you'll like Sandra Cross anyway.

On her Country Living album, there is a song titled Dream On Little Dreamer.

Else,  I suggest you could try the discography of some of the other artists: Brown Sugar, Kofi, Lorna G, Dee Sharp, Deborahe Glasgow, Carroll Thompson, Donna Rhoden, Annette B, Sister Love, Alpha, and Maxine Harvey.

I hope this helps. Regards, George
