Should you desire a more active part in your own healing, use the internet to learn more about the issues that need healing. Energy healings work so much better when used with other natural methods. I have learned for myself how important diet (the foods and beverages I consume)is to my own health. This also includes drinking alot of water. Even tho I know all that, it is still challenging to eat healthy!!! Something I still struggle with. Recently I have been learning about detoxing and cleansing my body as well as balancing my PH level. Not sure if that is something that might interest you, but thought i would mention it.
