Question
I am very lost for one. There have been forces pressing on me that I have resisted, I have an energy or aura that is uncommon, I don't know what to look for. Am I suffering from past mistakes? Should I pry into my previous lives for information? Why does it feel like there are so many things being hidden from me?

I am unsure that if I pursue my past I won't be doomed to something that was sealed for a reason.

Hi, E!

I am sorry you are feeling this way. This is the advice I can give you. I took it myself when I was in a similar position.

Stop looking hard for the unseen things. They show themselves as needed when you stop looking and just accept they are there. Open yourself up and pay attention to what is around you, and go explore the world. The oppression leaves you because you are no longer paying attention to it. Your energy shifts to a positive place because you are letting it go out and take a healthy walk through the world.

You are the one who controls your situation and the best way to do that is don't try so hard to control it. Let go. Pay attention. Concentrate on the present. Then, if you are supposed to remember your past, what you need to know will come through, easily.

Realizing this changed my life. I hope this helps you.
